Culinary highlight

2005-03-01 After Lennaert and Neeltje, it was time to welcome Martijn en Simone. They were ready for a relaxing holiday after hard work back in freezing Holland.Lucky for us they are both very skilful cooks, so almost every night and during our days of, the whole day, they would surprise us with all delicious homemade dishes, and in-between snacks.Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!We felt very spoiled!!! Both enjoyed the Turks beaches, our 'seaview' balcony, the snorkeling at Smith's Reef, and the oppertunity to dive from the Dive Provo boats (our employer). And we had a nice day exploring the mangoves and Iguana island by sea-kayak.And they could not leave the Island, before visiting the Conch Farm, were they breed conch for consumption, and tast different ways to cook conch at Bugaloos. Were they are keeping their conch fresh, by keeping them in a pen just of the beach.
